VIG Management Service is a company established in 2010 with
Vienna Insurance Group AG as the majority shareholder. The company has two major fields of activity: the provision of IT services and the "Green Card" correspondent appointed by foreign insurers on the territory of Romania.
VIG Management Service is the main provider of IT services for all Romanian companies of the
Vienna Insurance Group (
Asirom,
Omniasig,
BCR Asigurari de Viata,
Claim Expert Services and
Global Assistance Services), offering both maintenance and assistance services for the applications specific to each entity in the Group as well as IT infrastructure services.
VIG Management Service, as a "Green Card" correspondent, manages and settles damages resulting from road accidents caused on Romanian territory by vehicles insured abroad.
