Notice of information and consent regarding the processing of personal data by VIG Management Service SRL
to respond to contact requests

Personal data controller
Your personal data will be processed, as personal data controller, by VIG Management Service S.R.L., based in Bucharest,

Purposes and grounds for processing personal data
We process your personal data provided through the contact form (surname, first name, telephone number, email, claim
file number, if already open) in order to contact you to request more details needed to resolve the request submitted
through the contact form, as well as to respond strictly to this request. We rely on your consent for this purpose,
explicitly expressed by ticking the consent box at the end of the contact form. You do not have to give your consent. If
you do not wish to give us your consent to processing, the contact form cannot be sent and please contact us by other
means.
Your data collected through this form is not subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
The processing subject to this form is limited as above and is distinct from the possible processing of your data in the
case of the processing of the claim file in which you may have any capacity. In the latter case, the processing shall be
carried out in relation to the purposes, grounds and characteristics applicable to the claim file.

Data transmission
The data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA, and internally it may be transferred to third parties contracted by VIG
MANAGEMENT SERVICE SRL for the performance of its business, e.g. legal consultants, auditors, providers of other
services such as call-centre services.

Retention periods
We keep your data collected hereunder strictly for the period necessary to process your request and no longer than 30 days.

Your rights regarding the processing of personal data
As a data subject, you have certain rights conferred by the legislation on the protection of personal data, as follows:
right of access; right to rectification of personal data; right to erasure; right to restriction of processing; right to object;
right to data portability; right to object to processing as part of an automated decision-making process, including
profiling.

You may also withdraw your consent, in which case we will immediately stop processing your personal data collected under this form.
This may result in your request not being granted. Withdrawal of consent will have no effect on processing up to that point. To exercise these rights, you can submit a request to dpo@vig.ro.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing
(ANSPDCP) if you believe that your data has not been processed in accordance with the law.
