Identity card of the owner of damaged vehicle or of representative.
The driver's license.
Contact details (The phone number and email address of the vehicle's owner or their representative)
Registration certificate of your vehicle.
Copy of the MTPL policy of your vehicle.
Copy of the MTPL policy of the insured vehicle.
The Amicable Accident Report form completed and signed by both drivers, or any other documents issued by competent authorities/institutions (e.g., Police documents.).
Power of attorney from the company, if the car is owned by a company.
Power of attorney in case the owner cannot appear at the verification.
