Steps to follow

Fill the claim notification form online at:
https://claims.vig.ro/guest/claim_notification/vig
or send the necessary documents for notifying the claim file by email to claims@vig.ro.
Attention: Documents sent by email should not exceed 10 MB

You will be contacted by an inspector to establish the way to make the survey.

You will receive a survey report after it has been completed.
